Camp Lejeune Water Contamination:

Have you experienced dangerous health consequences after your time at Camp Lejeune?

Let us help make it right.

What Happened At Camp Lejeune?

Individuals who served, worked or resided at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC between 1953 and 1987 may have been exposed to contaminated drinking water and may be eligible to receive health benefits, disability compensation and damage awards.

The water supply systems at Camp Lejeune were contaminated with chemicals known as "volatile organic compounds," and infiltrated the local drinking water. These chemicals, including Trichloroethylene (metal cleaner), Tetrachloroethylene (a dry-cleaning agent), Benzene (used in gasoline), Methylene chloride (used in paint remover), and Vinyl chloride (used to make vinyl and plastics), are strongly linked to severe illnesses and several types of cancer.

Up to one million military members, staff, family members and individuals at Camp Lejeune were exposed to contaminated drinking water. On June 16, 2022 the US Senate passed the Honor Our Pact Act, which set a new statute of limitations on and removed standard US Government immunity defenses.

This means that victims of the Camp Lejeune water contamination who were exposed for 30 days or more can sue and recover damages.
